Our client dreams of a home that embodies modern elegance while embracing the lush beauty of a tropical setting, the possibilities are as vibrant as the design itself.

This one-story house was conceptualized from various site analysis, sun study, clientʼs wants and needs, and the designerʼs vision merging all the ideas generated through various meetings and consulations. Wide overhangs isintroduced in the design to prevent some afternoon sun from penetrating. Walls have multiple offsets to prevent longer exposure of the sun, thus reducing thermal lag in the evening. The Living Area is the most used area in the house so having high ceiling was our concept to achieve stack effect. Large windows are placed at the North-East side of the house as to harness the glare or natural light rather than the heat.
